Carrie is a health coach whose passion is helping others see themselves in a new light and recognize their inner strength. She helps her clients discover simple and effective techniques’ to start making themselves a priority in their own life, so they are living a life they love! Carrie is a lifestyle change expert and her clients are energized by her insightful, upbeat coaching style. She uses a holistic approach to wellness and believes that in addition to food, healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice help create a more balanced lifestyle.
Her wellness articles have been published on well-known websites such as, Ladies Home Journal.com, Self.com, Living Better at 50.com, and Shine from Yahoo. In addition, she has been seen on the Female Focus News Segment on WBNS Channel 10 where she shared her philosophy of adding in versus taking away when it comes to lifestyle changes.
She graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is also certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She was taught by experts at the forefront of wellness. In addition, she has a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Communication from Ohio University. She spent 8 years in corporate environments where she primarily focused on training and development.

Dr. Smith is the Director of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Ohio State University Medical Center. He also ranks as Assistant Professor with the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, perennially ranked amongst the nation’s premiere departments by US News & World Report.
Dr. Smith is a fourth-generation central Ohio surgeon. He studied Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. During his time in Philadelphia, Dr. Smith focused his time studying the concepts and practice of design, and received a minor in Art History. Dr. Smith graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2001, and served as Chapter President of the AOA Medical Honor Society. He then completed an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at The Ohio State University College of Medicine where he received the Medical Director’s Citizenship Award. Following residency, he completed a fellowship of The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in New York.
Dr. Smith has published articles, chapters, and presented research nationally relating to facial plastic. He continues to advance the field of facial plastic surgery throughout his career with further publications, presentations, and educational efforts.
His practice is limited to facial plastic surgery, including non-surgical and surgical cosmetic facial interventions. He has offices in 3 convenient locations including Dublin, Gahanna-New Albany, and Grandview-Downtown.

Dr. Ekaterina (Katya) Yankelevich received her undergraduate degree at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Yankelevich studied molecular genetics and was involved in research. She maintained a 4.0 GPA and graduated summa cum laude from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996.
That same year she was accepted to The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where she received her D.D.S. degree in June, 2000. After dental school, Dr. Yankelevich continued her dental education and gained more experience in the General Practice Residency at OSU treating medically and physically compromised patients. She also completed experience in oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, anesthesiology and general medicine. In 2001, Dr. Yankelevich joined a private practice in Columbus, Ohio. In 2006, she started her own practice in Columbus’ beautiful German Village. And in April 2009 she has moved her practice to a new facility in Short North/Victorian Village. Dr. Katya takes numerous continuing education courses every year. She is constantly learning new techniques, proceedures and materials to bring the best dentistry available in the world to her patients.

Patricia A. Stafford, M.D. is known as a physician with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal wellness, with a focus on nutrition, physical fitness, hormone balancing, and positive lifestyle changes. Through her professional training and personal health commitment, Dr. Stafford guides and inspires each client to achieve optimum health, using natural approaches to achieve a healthful balanced life.
Dr. Stafford completed the two-year Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona under the direction of internationally known author and health expert Andrew Weil, M.D. Dr. Stafford was one of less than 50 physicians chosen from candidates around the world to enter the program in 2001, graduating in 2003.
In addition, Dr. Stafford has undertaken extensive training in the area of bioidentical hormone restoration. She also completed Medical Acupuncture for Physician training through the Helms Medical Institute.
Prior to opening Wellness ReSolutions, Dr. Stafford provided services as a respected specialist in breast and women’s imaging at Women’s Imaging & Wellness of Dublin. She completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati in Diagnostic Radiology, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She also completed an internship in Internal Medicine at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, and undergraduate education at the University of Cincinnati.
